Job description, responsibilities and duties

Business development
• Achieving planned sales goals
• Development and support of existing customers to increase market size
• Acquisition of new customers according to the business plan
• Business development activities, driving business opportunities, identification of new potential clients
• Representing company at expos, conferences, matchmaking events and similar
• Participating on regular business planning and revision processes
• Maintaining overdue invoices of your own customers
• Maintaining customer database
• Reporting - monthly reports & forecasts
• Monitoring market and competition activities
Project management
• Development of new projects and cooperations
Personal development
• Actively participating on your own personal development, this position is just the beginning in your possibilities with Max Sport

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Excellent communication skills and being representative
• Dynamic person, great at relationship management
• Ability to listen but also to oppose & negotiation skills
• Independent, self-managed, success-motivated, pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
• 2 years + of relevant experience (active sales in field, B2B/B2C)
• University degree, ideally (but not limited to) in Sales/Economic/Marketing
• Ability and willingness to travel on regular basis and on Ad Hoc
