  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 2 400 EUR/monthBase salary will not be lower than 2400 EUR / brutto/ monthly. We are offering the base salary depending on seniority and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part. More details related to total income will be part of the interview process.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We search for a strong candidate who can lead the category management discipline in Mattoni 1873 on SK market.
The candidate shall prove strong knowledge in category management in its application into internal decision making process, as well as developing strategic cooperation with our clients. The candidate shall be natural leader, outperformer looking for carreer development on highly independent position. The support shall be provided in terms of sharing know-how and best practice from established holding Category management &Insight management platform.

The 1st round of interviews be held with HR business partner, the 2nd round of interviews will be held with Group Catman & Insight Manager (line manager) that will give you a case study, the final round will be organized as presentation of prepared case study towards the Group Sales Excellence and Export Director and Group Catman & Insight Manager.
Leadership:
Leadership in driving the category value over strategic cooperation with key clients
Leading the strategic projects defined under Medium Strategic Plan (SK local must win battles, Group projects)
Support:
Support to brand & trade marketing & sales team with up-to-date insights under Monthly Business Cycle
Support to KAM team in customer plan definition under Yearly Planning Cycle
Development:
Development of key capabilities in field of category key potential unlock
Development of key capabilities in field of channel & customer potential unlock
Development of key capabilities in field of shopper driven in-store solutions
Skills:
5+ years experience in category management, direct team management as an advantage
Proved experience with Nielsen, GfK, dh data processing into actionable insights
Proved experience with space planning tools and shelf plan preparation
Proved experience in development of category selling stories (from data to insight to action)
Proved experience in development of category plans
English – fluent
