Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you want to become a part of a professional team of Customer Support Representatives at Service Desk in a top ranked international telecom company? If you are a student, fast learner with technical mind and customer oriented attitude and you want to acquire attractive working experience alongside with your study, maybe we are looking for you.

We are seeking someone for long-term work and is available to work at least 3 day per week even during the school year.
Work is possible in flexible hours between Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 16:00, where shifts are planned one month in advance according to the school schedule.

Service Desk Representative handles requests regarding products and services usage and provides support to Marlink Customers.

- E-mail or phone contact with international customers using satellite communication services
- Serve as a first point of contact and provide first level support
- Creation of customer tickets
- Qualification of each ticket per Marlink products and services
- Collect information from Marlink Databases related to customer demand
- Forward the ticket to second line support where necessary
- Update ticket with collected information and close when solved

University student

Educational Specialization

Study in technical or business field with interest in telecom industry and customer care

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Communicative person with customer-oriented attitude
• A person with a technical mind, not necessarily with a professional technical background
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented, while keeping the overall picture in mind
• Eager to grasp the essence and learn fast
• Fluent English is mandatory
