In Slovakia we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help take advantage of the growing opportunities in the Slovakian market.

Working as a Customer Service Representative you will get the opportunity to learn more about IT purchasing and IT trends. This is a great starting point to move into an Account Manager position.


- Provide the outstanding customer service to Markit customers in Slovakia
- Look after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases
- Communicate with our partners and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Find new solutions to ad hoc problems
- Focus on improving processes and relationships with partners.
- Support in the development of existing clients


- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Secondary or higher education
- Fluent Slovak language (C2) and good English language skills
- Interest in IT or in technology in general
- Positive attitude and desire to help
- Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
- A desire to solve problems proactively

At least 2 years of customer service experience
