Job description, responsibilities and duties

Marel need you! We are looking for talent, creative recruiters who enjoy being challenged, to take a business to the next level. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for providing talent acquisition expertise: from employer branding, sourcing strategies, resource planning, diversity, talent pooling and recruitment process management.

You are the dedicated Talent Acquisition expert, you will manage talent acquisition for a diverse portfolio of roles for our site located within Nitra. Using innovative sourcing strategies and methodologies you will attract, identify, source and select appropriately skilled candidates to support Marel’s growth plans.

What you’ll be doing.
Key elements of your role include:
- lead recruitment processes to support the growth of our Nitra location
- partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to anticipate and determine staffing needs and changes
- create innovative and robust recruitment strategies and execute processes and programs to support the Region/sub-Region/function
- provide best in class candidate experience, encouraging all stakeholders to participate in this experience
- drive the whole recruitment process and encourage all stakeholders to actively contribute to a successful outcome
- meet established metrics/KPI’s for time to fill, agency usage and candidate quality
- actively share your best practices within the Global Talent Acquisition Community and use lessons learned from colleagues in your day to day work

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Workday - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

What we’re looking for:
- university degree or similar thinking level and experience
- internal recruitment experience with a proven track record of recruiting for technical and commercial positions, ideally in an Shared Services environment
- knowledge of labour legislation, and ensure all recruitment is delivered ethically
- extensive experience in recruiting highly skilled technical candidates
- experience with psychometric or technical assessments, ideally certified in SHL assessments
- experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates and basic reporting, ideally Workday/Phenom
