Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Procurement Support Specialist NPR assists the Global NPR Procurement department with various support activities. Scope of support includes all NPR categories, and areas of support vary from e.g. managing the Purchase-to-Pay system, improving and maintaining the vendor master data, NPR supplier contract management, and report and analytics of NPR supply base and spend.
In parallel manage the local NPR procurement activities for Marel Nitra. Work together with the global NPR category managers and local stakeholders. Based on stakeholder requests, support in sourcing new suppliers, negotiations on pricing and contracts, and have the follow up on the procurement process to buy products and services within the NPR procurement scope for Nitra.


Main Tasks
- Follow up and execute support requests from NPR procurement team like supply base / spend analytics, business review meeting preparations.
- Maintaining the Procure-to-Pay system with catalogue buying and online market place.
- Cooperation with the master data management team on the management of the NPR master data in the ERP system(s).
- Manage the signing process and recording of contractual documents in relevant databases.
- Manage local procurement activities for Marel Nira

University education (Bachelor's degree)
