• supports of marketing and company social media activities
• plan & schedule various business meetings & company events including arranging of catering and any necessary bookings
• agenda associated with reception
• answering calls and handling email queries
• monthly reporting on entrusted agenda
• supports and substitute of HR department

• experience in comparable position
