  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 700 EUR/monthThe salary is based on your experience and experience, the final salary will be agreed as part of the selection process. The minimum salary for a senior position is 1700 euro brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Independent creation of assembly designs, drawings of individual components, compiles material lists for new and mass production
- Conducting major research to improve products, implement innovations and VA/VE related to products, creating technical analysis of competitors’ products
- Performing engineering calculations (strength, weight, packaging), simulations (kinematics, FEM Catia GPS) and organizing complex engineering calculations and interpreting results
- Independent calculation of functional dimensions and tolerances in accordance with testing and simulation results
- Providing technical consultation to the project team in all phases of development in case of technical changes (customer, supplier, Brose).
- Planning his/her activities as well as those of colleagues under his/her technical responsibility to be in line with the completion of the task schedule in coordination of the team leader and the project team
- Active participation in development team meetings (EAK), in formal design/engineering evaluation (A-D checklist, DFMEA, FEM meetings, specification summary, etc.) and formal evaluation with test engineer and project engineer
- Active participation in APQP meetings with local vendor and informal evaluation with vendor (compilation of external know-how)

- Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Basic structural calculations of static and dynamic loads, deformation, pressure, calculations related to mechanisms, etc.
- Knowledge in automotive mechanisms,
- Knowledge in metals, design and plastics manufacturing
- Microsoft office tools
- English language at B2 level
- Good communication and presentation skills
