Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an HR Administrator who is interested in HR and wants to learn more about onboarding processes and other HR-related activities. If you are fluent in English and also have good knowledge of German, send us your English CV!

This is a home office position, you can start working from anywhere you want.

Your responsibilities:

• take care of the onboarding process of new hires and support other HR life cycle processes
• work with HR related data
• participate in the improvement of HR processes and projects
• other ad hoc tasks as required

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for an individual who has:

• fluent in English (B2)
• German (B1/B2 and above)
• Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience
• good knowledge of MS Office package
• 2 years of work experience in HR/HR Shared Service Center/ similar role preferred
• ability to work in international teams and changing environment
• International work or study experience is preffered
