Job description, responsibilities and duties

Would you like to use your French and English on a daily basis and improve in payroll agenda?

* timely and accurate processing of the payroll functions and administration
* submiting payroll information to external payroll provider
* collaboration with other teams to ensure the effective delivery of end to end employee payroll processing and query management, providing support to other teams
* dealing with payroll queries & provide helpful information via tickets
* performing payroll controls and activities though payroll tools to ensure proper payroll processing

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Must-have:
* 1+ years of previous experience in payroll processing for EU country
* previous experience with working with customers (Customer/Service center)
* French and English - advanced
* MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
* analytical skills
* developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* enthusiastic and friendly person, who is always willing to improve and help to other colleagues

Nice-to-have:
* experienced in payroll processing for France
* familiar with Workday
