Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the growing international company. Do you have strong communication and negotiation skills? In your role as a Vendor Manager you will be responsible for:

* selection of vendors
* coordination and support of teams such (HR and Accounting)
* negotiation of payroll contracts and maintenance ensuring reduction of cost
* monitoring vendor performance, issue resolution, ensuring defect reduction

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Number of years of experience

Project/PMO Management experience managing large transition/transformation projects and experience

Personality requirements and skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* communication and negotiation skills
* working knowledge of Word, Excel and SharePoint
* ability to manage multiple competing priorities
* procurement skills, international business experience
* experience with large transition/transformation projects
* payroll knowledge is preferred

Nice to have

* self-motivated and flexible working approach
* lean six sigma tools, statistics, SPC, hypothesis testing, regression, root cause analysis, etc - advantage
