* researching, analyzing and resolving payroll related activities to ensure efficient payroll processes
* working on various payroll related projects
* ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory standards
* performing payroll audits
* performing other job-related responsibilities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Experince in the field of HR, Payroll, Economics or Finance.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Number of years of experience

At least 4+ years of experience is same job position (as HR Payroll).

Personality requirements and skills

Payroll Specialist Requirements:
* multi-country payroll background (4 – 7 years’ experience)
* benefits and fringes/taxes principles experience
* proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
* experience working with accounting and payroll software is an advantage (Workday, SAP)
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* strong organizational and time management skills.
* high numerical aptitude and detail oriented
* other soft skills as flexibility, ability to work independently
