Job description, responsibilities and duties
•The Program Management Office is responsible for a smooth and proper administration and organization of PM processes and tools.
• He/she facilitates efficient back-office activities for supporting the Program Manager in all his/her tasks.
• The PMO supports the Program Manager for all his/her PM activities including but not limited to the following:
• Update and maintain key PM documents including Open Issues lists, Meeting Minutes, Timing Plans, Meeting invitations, Customer (Program Reviews) & Internal (Gate Reviews, Executive Reviews) PowerPoint presentations, program metrics & KPI trackers (CSF, etc) and Open PO trackers with input from the program team
• Setup and host recurring internal & customer meetings.
• Supporting the regular update of reporting documents like PowerPoint presentations and/or Excel tables; review with PM, submission to approval.
• Sample part planning, coordination and tracking.
• Monitor completion of Windchill approvals, Gate execution per the approved Timing Plan, KP01 Deliverable completion, maintain overview of component shortage trackers.
• Audit LRR, E-gate and SOP Readiness execution.
• Financial tracking including GCM updates/verification, BOM cost, risk reporting.
• Managing PM tools with multidisciplinary input, consolidate contents with the program team (e.g. prototype database, component overview).
• Optimizing and adjusting tools and processes for facilitating efficient program execution.
• Support special topics.
This role will initially support Change Management activities for all European launch
programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a Program Management role or OR equivalent Technical experience in industry
• Excellent knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
• Systematic, thorough, and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, appearance without reservation
• Comfortable and capable of performing self-dependent work; identifies and resolves gaps and issues autonomously.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the English language (spoken & written)
• Good knowledge of the German language is appreciated (not mandatory)
