Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for establishing and sustaining Lean and continuous improvement culture in the value stream alignment with Lean vision and strategy.
• Provide internal assessments and create operational improvement roadmap and action plan.
• Provide training and couching for Lean principles and initiate „Train the Trainer“ programs.
• Provide support to departments on the implementation of lean manufacturing, and lean business process efforts.
• Identifies and prioritizes process optimization and Lean principles application.
• Empowers employees by leading and facilitating lean workshops and understanding of the techniques and tools necessary to continuously implement Lean work environment.
• Responsible for the writing of procedures that document changes resulting from lean initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustaining efforts.
• Responsibility for employee suggestion agenda.
• Responsibility for 5S audits.

• University education in the Technical / Engineering /
production area.
•Work experience minimum of 3 years in the field of production systems.
•Thorough knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology, tools and processes (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standardized work).
• English - Advanced.
• PC skills: MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient working style and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility, responsibility.
