Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Manage scheduling for company executive
* Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
* Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
* Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
* Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
* Coordinate travel arrangements
* Maintain various records and documents for company executive

Automotive industry, manufacture of transport equipment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Spanish - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence


The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
