Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Personnel administration - responsible for the comprehensive administration of the employee files and administration related to the entry and exit of employees
- Updating of organizational structure, ensure compliance with labor legislation
- HR Support - Provide advice to employees and line managers in the area of legislation and the Labor Code
- Support HR Manager on day-to-day duties
- Cooperate with the payroll department – preparation of documents for wages
- Registration and control of attendance
- Recruitment - Search for suitable candidates, pre-selection of CVs, communication with candidates
- Onboarding - Carry out an induction training for new employees
- Organize Health and Safety training, medical examinations an other provisions related to the entry of employees into the company
- Talent acquisition – Work with universities
- HR Reporting – Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Active participation and self-realization in other HR projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, at least 3 years
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Advanced level of English required for daily written and verbal communication
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
