  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 - 1 500 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an Application Analyst to assist our clients and partners (restaurant chains, delivery companies, delivery platforms, etc.) with technical issues and application setup, provide training to new clients, and answer their questions to help them to get the most out of our applications.
If you have excellent communication skills in English, you’re passionate about technology, driven by helping others, empathetic and a good listener, we might be looking for you. You will be also responsible for gathering feedback from the clients and cooperating with developers in order to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Personality requirements and skills

If you already see yourself in this role and you even worked as an Application Analyst or in
IT Customer Care or Software Testing department before, you already caught our interest! We would also appreciate it if:
You have excellent communication skills - both written and oral (fluent English is a must);
You have experience working on multiple applications simultaneously (MS Office and Atlassian
tools are an advantage);
You have experience with setting up and connecting various hardware (pc, smartphones, tablets,
printers);
You’re a problem solver and always willing to roll up your sleeves to make sure you’ve tried
everything before you pass the problem to the developers;
You’re proactive in your own personal development and you’re able to give constructive feedback
to your colleagues;
You have risk-awareness so that you can evaluate the severity of the issues;
You have curiosity and braveness to ask challenging questions;
And last but not least a sense of optimism to see good intentions in people on the other side of
the communication channel, because despite the tech environment, we are still all humans.
