Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Product Owner you would be responsible for setting, prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. If you feel like you know how to maximize the value produced by the team and ensure stories meet the users’ needs, you are the person we are looking for!

Objectives of this role:

• Defining and prioritizing stories in the Team Backlog
• Preparation and participation in Program Increment planning
• Gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints
• Participating in team demo and retrospective
• Serving as a voice of the client
• Solving product-related problems, making decisions and bringing business deliverable commitments
• Collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of
a product
• Representing the team in front of stakeholders, clients and users

We would also appreciate some other skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific
• 3+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role
• Having good communication and language skills (fluent English is a must)
• Entrepreneur skills or experience
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
• Organizational and time management skills
• Overall understanding of technologies used in the product
