  • Place of work: Pribinova, Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 600 EUR/monthThe salary starts from 1600 Euros brutto monthly and the final amount depends on qualification/skills/experience of candidate. Attractive 13th and 14th salaries as additional bonuses. Annual variable bonus as additional depending on financial and non-financial performance of a company and performance of employee.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the position:

• To ensure that the O365 services delivered as part of the O365 and Global
Workplace Services organization meet the need of the business
• To design, build, optimize and maintain the service in a cost-efficient manner
globally (Technical Senior O365 expertise)
• To implement best practices and provide expertise following technical
specifications and architecture design
• To provide and lead governance initiatives around O365 Cloud Services including
usage of applications, resources, security assessments, etc.
• To participate in service development and the introduction of new products,
services, or features part of O365
• Responsibility for Operational Excellence regarding Office 365 Cloud services at
Level 3

Principal responsibilities:

• Support, configure, develop, maintain and monitor O365 Services
• Enforce the creation of technical concept documents, SOPs, and best practices for
using O365 different line of products with a focus on Exchange, Skype for Business
and SharePoint Online with focus on support teams and business stakeholders
• Bring to service other O365 products and help to make them sustainable (e.g.
Exchange Online, SPO, Teams.)
• Support L2 and L3 teams with all O365 related issues on governance and technical
matters
• Develop training materials, policies, SOPs and technical concepts
• Analyze and assess business requirements and solutions in the context of O365
keeping in mind security as a fundamental part of the solution
• Document process flows of specified activities.
• Monitor O365 alerts and service health
• Handle change management around Microsoft updates to the Office 365
environment.
• Provide best practices on how to use O365 products and services and establishing
methods for reminding users of best practices
• Provide services and third level support in line with service level agreements
• Work with Evergreen activities, plan, communicate and perform the necessary steps
to take a new feature or product into a sustainable service offering
• Support, Manage and administer on-premise infrastructure components that are
part of the O365 ecosystem (e.g. Exchange, Edge, etc)
• Support third party products that are part of the O365 ecosystem
• Acts as a Technical authority on topics related to O365 services
• Manage the team of L3 individuals supporting the services and engage directly with
L2 individual to support ensuring operational excellence

Required key skills (functional/technical)
Technical
• Experience in Exchange, Exchange Online, MS Edge and Exchange Online Protection.
• Experience with SharePoint Online in terms of administering and govern SharePoint
online from administration point of view
• Good experience with other O365 products like MS Teams, OneDrive for Business,
Outlook, etc
• Understanding of Azure Active Directory specially in the context of O365
• Experience on PowerShell applicable to O365 products
• Managing and administering O365 Tenants for large organizations


Functional
• Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes, Service Management and Service
Delivery
• Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing and implementation of security
controls for O365
• Creation of technical documentation, end user documentation, concepts papers and
technical presentations
• Confidence to work with and present to business Communities
• Well versed with the usage of templates, standards and methodologies
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team

Required key skills:

• Good communication skills both verbally and written in English language
• A reasonable technical knowledge of network security concepts and technologies
especial on Zero Trust
• Able to demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to analysis, audit,
troubleshooting, and problem solving
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, such as SD-WAN, VLANs, Routing,
Firewall, Wireless etc.
• Able to adopt a sensitive approach towards confidential information
• Strong analytic skills to diagnose on security processes and procedures
• Understanding of different technical domains and the security issues around them
• Experience in the following products / Technologies or related
a. Palo Alto Firewall Management - PANONRAMA/ NGFW / GlobalProtect
b. Vulnerability detection / scanning technologies
c. Multi factor Authentication technologies
d. Cloud based security technology (in Azure and/or AWS)
e. Threat prevention / zero – day attack prevention technologies
f. Act. Network Security approaches e. g. Zero Trust
g. Log – File Management / SIEM / SOC

Required qualifications/experience:

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in computer science, information
management systems or business administration and 5 years+ of experience
providing IT application support and administration, including experience leading IT
projects
• 3+ years’ experience with the operation and maintenance of O365 Tenants, including
roles as L3 Global administrator or O365 architect
• 3+ years’ experience with PowerShell for common tasks
• Good English skills both verbally and written
