Project Manager - Order To Cash (Maternity backfill)

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 350 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from 2350 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Lead and support OTC projects, ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

You will report to WW Accounts Receivable Manager supporting global projects.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in Project Management area, OTC experience is not a condition but very welcomed
• Supervision
• Process understanding & improvement
• Planning
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• SAP experience is a plus
• Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
• Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement
• Effective written and oral communication in English
• Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
• Minimum education – Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)
