Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for process and systems compliance assistant for EMEA Services Operations team. You would be responsible for warranty compliance activities for EMEA Service Partners.
Your responsibilities:
- Applies exceptions in the billing and keeps track of exceptions
- Cooperates on Clean order validation to ensure payment of only valid transactions
- Ensures on time communication and quality support to AWSPs using Vendor Compliance Ops task ID
- Manages the penalty reporting for:
- Penalties for not / late returned parts
- Process penalties for plastic / mechanical parts, out of warranty battery orders, incorrectly processed visual orders
Your responsibilities:

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- IT skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, charts), VBA knowledge is advantage
- Business level English skills both written and verbal (other foreign language is an advantage)
- Analytical thinking with ability to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets
- We need you for 20 hours per week
- Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
- Must be able to work independently without close supervision
- Proactive team player with positive approach
- Be able to work under pressure
- University student
