  • Place of work: Landererova, Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 400 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 3.400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 14% of your annual earnings.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Senior Transition Realization Manager your key role will be to improve processes and drive customer-centric thinking & operational efficiency in a collaborative manner across Services and Solution Group. We are looking for a hands-on, organization champion who can translate the most complex problems into digestible content.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate organizational needs, determine suitable technical solutions, and ensure that defined requirements are met.
- Identifying areas where technical solutions and infusion of data science/AI would improve business performance and its efficiency.
- Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
- Recommending process improvements, technical solutions and determining software development requirements in cooperation with DTIT.
- Working alongside Business teams and DT throughout the development, scenario building, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements based on the Business process and help defining the ROI.
- Support the GEO teams and Realization teams to measure and achieve the ROI set out.
- Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.
- Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.

You will report to Director - Global Transition Realization Office.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert on Service Support and solution practices and processes
- Detailed knowledge of vendor/partner/customer practices
- 10-15 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise, preferably in various fields within Service Delivery, Service Solutions and Upsell.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions & business process improvements for cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in solution designs.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions and business process change.
- Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills (English)
- Outstanding Subject Matter Experts improve organizational efficiency by applying their expert knowledge to resolve complex challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Self-learning capabilities
