Project manager - WW Consumer Services

The Services Project Manager will help manage the creation, implementation and post-launch integration of systems and processes supporting Lenovo Consumer Services offering across all regions worldwide. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized project manager, who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams, able to effectively manage complex multi-faceted projects, and ensure business objectives and P&L targets are met.

The individual should use their experience, operations analysis skills, project management and coordination capabilities, creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to lead key strategic projects. This position requires the individual to work cross functionally across a matrixed organization and work efficiently and effectively with IT and Digital Transformation, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing, legal and Finance team members to deliver strategic projects on-time. Individuals will have the opportunity to work with and influence a variety of WW stakeholders to drive transformational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected to analyze and manage project detail while simultaneously aligning the “big picture” project priorities with the priorities of the company and customer.
• Manages multiple transformation projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended teams including regional Services teams, Services Delivery, Marketing and international sales organization teams.
• Identifies project problems (and/or risks) in advance so that they do not create barriers to progress.
• Achieve schedules/milestones, ensure accuracy and quality of business analysis, drive continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• High level of communication & presentation skills required
• Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
• Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
• Strong process orientation & ability to effectively organize complex projects
• PMP certification a plus

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2,250 EUR depending on experience. Variable part (bonus) is 12% of your annual earnings
