DaaS Accountant & Accounting Analyst

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 350 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from minimum 2350 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Looking for an experienced accounting & finance professional to join the LBS Accounting team. The role will be contact point of GEO accounting and in charge of accounting operation for Device as a Service (DaaS), will be involved in regular communication with the DaaS Finance, local finance team and service delivery team as the business partner , monitor and control the accuracy of the accounting process, provide accounting advice , collaborate proactively with other team to solve the issue.

Operation Responsibilities

• Geo Accounting Focal to support the DaaS accounting operation as business partner
• Closing period monitor and control for the DaaS accounting transaction
• Manual entry preparation based on the accounting guidance published by AIM team
• Support business to solve upfront process issue and make necessary adhoc adjustment
• Balance Sheet recon review and work with business to solve the issue.
• Review with CFO for periodic Balance Sheet and compliance/ control risk
• Support report requirement from DaaS finance/ group reporting /GEO accountant
• Statutory audit, Internal audit and group audit support
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives and project support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years working experiences in Accounting domain
• “Big 4” or MNC experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• International background preferred

Skill Requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge on IFRS, lease accounting and CPA preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to accuracy and detail.
• High analytic and reporting skills
• Fluent oral and written English
• Familiar with SAP FICO
• Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
•Ability & motivation to network effectively across a global organization
• Able to work under pressure. Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Major in business and economic will be preferred
