Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Internal Distribution Account Manager to support our customers and Distribution Account Manager team in Benelux in their day to day agenda and back office tasks.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills, able to work independently and driven for results. Due to cooperation with various cultures we are looking for an open-minded, proactive person who is willing to take ownership and contribute to profit of the company.

Your main goal is to increase customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and improve customer experience with Lenovo by providing accurate and on-time solutions.

Sales Support responsibilities to our Distribution Account Manager with back-office tasks will include:

- Front line defense and extension of the sales to interlock with the rest of the organization
- Interlocks with functional teams, Support queries related to partner claims, orders and potential delays, proactive order backlog monitoring, interlock with logistics to ensure delivery requirements are met and understood by end-customer, interlock with finance regarding approvals and credit note creation for returned goods
- Weekly data analyses to propose top seller replenishment order, assist with available reporting and with data on revenue, aged stock, market shares
- Creation of Trade Promotions
- Creation of bids in internal systems in limited circumstance
- Answer queries and how to questions coming from partners
- Support of other administrative tasks related to ad-hoc tasks to assist sales productivity
- Process Education and New Tools Testing: within this role, you are asked to onboard new tasks & tools and to look for efficiencies in our processes and tools, best practice sharing between supported countries
- Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Supply Chain, - Product management, Finance, Channel…

You'll report to Sales Support Manager.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The support requires:

Consistent interaction (via email, call) and professional communication with external and internal customers
Proactive customer approach striving the best possible CX
Identification and understanding of customer needs
E2E process with ability to focus on priorities
Aid revenue flow by solving any potential issues that could impact ordering process on customer side.

Language Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills:
• Ability to work with various software packages (MS Office) - Advanced
• Experience with Sales processes and back office administration- nice to have
