Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a full time, permanent opportunity within Lenovo.

In this role you will act as the single point of contact for Service Delivery Managers and internal business divisions in order to fulfil Device as a Service contracts within the given time and budget. This structure can differ by customer and contract, but in general you are the owner of the relationship across the various parties. You are an experienced leader with having finance, accounting and complex contract experience in a multi country environment. To manage the cultural differences is also something you enjoy as you also find it inspiring to develop a contract over the period of time in accordance to technology and business changes.

You are a real hands-on person with project management skills, organizational strength and visionary ideas you know how to sell.

- This role will impact business both internally and externally.

- You are responsible for ensuring the deals are onboarded to the systems accurately and the various accounts are reconciled in the general ledger

- Sound business understanding is required along with effective leadership skills .

- You need to be an effective communicator and negotiator. This individual should be an effective leader and team player taking and executing the direction for the team. Strong ethical standards and work ethic.

In this role, you will report into EMEA Advanced Service Delivery Director. This position would be suitable for remote work. Ideal candidate can be based across the UK.


- Support SDMs in managing various Lenovo internal team outputs and enable seamless delivery of DaaS to customer

- Validate Billing Schedules and proactively resolve any gaps in the financial systems and processes

- You will need to use your analytical, problem solving, business acumen and project management skills to drive operational excellence and insights that will enable our SDMs to run an efficient business and achieve their business growth goals.

- Ensure all contractual reports are produced on time and KPIs compliance as per customer SOW

- Perform analysis around historical trends for futures predictions

- Analyze and understand trends in key metrics, and drive corrective actions and Investigations

- Manage the project financials for respective projects including P&L support for finance

- Ensure customer billing is on time to the customer and partners are paid on time

- Model key metrics and provide recommendations to Service Delivery leaders in areas including but not limited to: revenue, profit, service operations

- Ensure the account level forecast are entered and maintained in the tool

- Consolidate and report Device requirements across the GEO to manage demand

- Manage projects for the Ops team - Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities

- Be a trusted business partner and “go-to person” for both the SDM’s and business transformation/IT; provide guidance on various processes and tools, work closely with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve blockers, and design mechanisms to scale day-to-day operations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
- Experience with Dynamics, CPQ, would be advantageous
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined
- Presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team on a weekly basis
- Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision and input
- Availability for 5-10% travel
