Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Lenovo Service Parts Services EMEA Reverse role is a critical member of the Lenovo Services & technical support team.

The Lenovo Services EMEA Reverse role is responsible for managing reverse logistics operations as well as coordinating with the quality team, repair vendors, and logistics focal to ensure parts are returned and repaired on-time and with high quality. Reverse logistics knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for material redemption workflow:
• Create and submit RMA application to the ODM suppliers
• Create shipping list/instructions to Reverse vendor for RMA approved inventory
• Assist Reverse vendor to coordinate cargo pickup with the preferred carriers
• Monitor Part for Credit status, credit booking advisory to Finance
• Monitor goods parts replan from Reverse vendor to Regional DC center outbound (incl. cross-docking ops)
• Monitoring and managing performance of reverse center and timely movement and inbound of parts to Reverse vendor, help to resolve custom clearance issues.
• Responsible to manage the parts outbound - shipped to local /overseas for repair and tracking the lead.
• Communicating directly with customer to work on collection of defective parts (incl. typical error advisory)
• Reporting to management, the KPI’s associated with Logistics and Warehouse management.
• Coordinate change request management in between Reverse Vendor and Lenovo.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Bachelor degree or above
• 3-5 years working experience on supply chain related positions.
• Proven experience in vendor management /reverse logistics in IT sector is a plus
• Strong communicator (verbal and writing)
• Experienced in EOR/IOR area
• Knowing logistics operations (domestic and international)
• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
• Energic, dynamic person
• Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Access, PPT, Word, Visio: SAP user: Finance/Services modules)
• Knowledge of WMS system functionality is a plus
