Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Sales Support and Program Manager you will report to Services Sales Executive Director.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Help to manage and coordinate Team - Events, customer Meetings and Webinars
- Help to manage and track and reporting of Sales programs, both internally and externally
- Work with WW Program Manager, Sales Teams, Marketing and Sales Enablement
- Work on Ad-hoc requests by Senior Management (presentations, reports)
- Tracking key strategic actions and driving them to closure; manage the process of tracking and communicating performance versus core BU objectives.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Position Requirements:
- 3+ years previous experience in Program/Project Management
- Providing all aspects of high level manager support, ideally in an international environment
- Experience of working at all levels of seniority within a complex matrix organization with many different conflicting demands
- Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with and managing a diverse group of people
- Strong PC skills, familiar with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
