Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you will be reporting to Director of Business Process Engineering and BTIT tools based in the US.

• Own and drive customer on-boarding projects to completion
• Communicate with customer personnel to ensure they understand the data they are seeing, answering their questions, and ensuring their success
• Perform complex data analysis to discover information and trends, which will be used to make smarter decisions on delivering products and services to our customers
• Work as a bridge from the customer to our BTIT teams to represent the customer needs in our platform development sessions
• Apply data mining techniques and perform statistical analysis, to solve real world business problems impacting sales productivity

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience with business analytics and reporting supporting a Sales or Sales Operations environment is preferred.
• Experience with presenting data in a customer facing environment is preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, and a desire to improve skills are essential
• Ability to quickly adjust to change, learn new tools and rapidly course correct
