Lenovo EMEA PCSD Global Supply Chain organization is searching for a Customer Ops manager to lead and manage a team of 23 Customer Order Resolutions Specialists (COR reps). The team is reposnsible for managing the customer order load process (M1 milestone, i.e. from order receipt to order entry). As part of Lenovo’s EMEA PCSD Global Supply Chain, you will work on a daily basis with our customers, Sales & Sales Operations teams, Customer Fulfilment and other internal teams to ensure that the team is proactive, flexible and responsive to our customers’ requirements, and loads the orders into the system in line with the agreed SLA.

Responsibilities:
• Run the department’s operational management system to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and Key Performance Indicators.
• Liaise with other Lenovo functions within and outside of the Global Supply Chain to ensure that customer orders are loaded in line with our contractual SLA’s.
• Ensure that the team meets business controls requirements.
• Manage workload balancing, vacation and sickness cover in the team; identify resource issues.
• Actively lead, participate in and support all process improvement and deployment activities. Lead functional specific projects and initiatives, especially under the Intelligent Transformation umbrella.
• Utilize group knowledge and network; share knowledge and support & encourage teamwork. Ensure personal responsibility in all relationships.
• Act as a role model, ensure regular and value added communication.
• Promote work life balance, follow-up on Lenovo Listens Survey action plans and career opportunities.
• Develop and support an environment where staff feel empowered to challenge existing guidelines and processes and to contribute with ideas and innovations.
• Attract, motivate and retain the best talent in the industry.
• Develop individuals’ skillsets and maintain succession planning.
• Support intra- and cross-functional collaboration in all areas.
• Drive high performance culture ensuring recognition of outstanding contributors.
• Encourage and coach low performers to develop and move into higher performance quartiles; where this is not achievable be prepared to take appropriate steps – including separation – if necessary.
• Continuously drive leadership identification and foster development of high potentials and ensure personal development plan in place for all staff.
• Ensure employees have regular informal reviews and two formal performance reviews a year.

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable part

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Project management background
• Experience with automation and optimization of processes
• Experience creating presentations and presenting to decision makers and senior executive management
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficient level of English language (spoken & written)
