In the role of Cost & Performance Analyst, you will be expected to:
• identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in the service partners performance in assigned regions,
• support regional Service Delivery Managers in their daily operations,
• help drive Services KPIs,
• locate and define new process improvement opportunities,
• implement compliance checks / participate in service partner audits,
• improve the efficiency of the existing ops processes,
• work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs,
• provide support on ad-hoc management requests,
• exposure to senior management.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Base gross monthly salary from 1400 EUR, depending on experience + variable part

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the service delivery environment,
• Work independently without close supervision,
• Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changes,
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse information and define trends,
• Good level of communication and presentation skills,
• Very good organizational skills, including prioritization, time-management and multi-tasking,
• English - proficient,
• MS office,
• Excel advanced skills.
