Job description, responsibilities and duties

The HR Service Centre Analyst is responsible for providing basic generalist Human Resources support for Lenovo employees across Europe, Middle East and Africa. HR Service Center Coordinator will also provide regular and ad-hoc reports along with data analysis. The scope of topics covered by the HR Service center is wide including benefits, HR policies and systems guidance, expenses, payroll support and general HR processes.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
• Respond to queries from the Lenovo employees, business partners and/or statutory bodies or 3rd parties using the central case management tool and skype chat/calls
• Understand data and produce on-demand internal reports independently
• Contribute to the management of change requests/problems analysis and testing
• Adhere to audit controls and Service Level Agreements
• Project work

Base gross monthly salary from 1100 EUR, depending on experience + variable part

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience of providing customer service is required
• Basic HR generalist experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
• Good level of analytical skills using MS Excel is preferred
• Knowledge of VBA and Macros using MS Excel is an advantage
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
