Job description, responsibilities and duties
As the Global Learning Expert this function supports the Global HR organization to implement a global Learning Management system, support in setting up a global learning portfolio and to support the regions / countries in all training matters.
LMS lead:
• Implementation of Success Factor Learning Management System
• Responsibility for e-learning platform Masterplan
• Ensuring that all training activities of the LEDVANCE group are registered and offered via the LMS
• Administration of global training sessions
• Ensure documentation of learning history of learners
• Reporting training KPIs for board presentations, sustainability report, cost controlling etc.
Training content:
• Support set up of global training portfolio in cooperation with the Global HR organization
• Implementation of a global training portfolio / bundling local training activities for regional or global use incl. relevant administration
• Consultant for region / local HR in regards of training topics
• Support of regions / countries in digitalization of trainings (creation of e-learnings)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology or HR
Work experience:

Special Knowledge:
• SAP Success Factors LMS or comparable tools
• E-Learning tools such as Articulate
• Training/ Learning catalogue
• Project management skills
Languages Skills:
• English fluently spoken and written, additional German skills are welcome
Skills / Capabilities:
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with pragmatism and hands-on mentality
• Very good communication and networking skills
• Proactivity
