Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main tasks will consist of:
* Processing of orders
* Claim management
* Handling incoming phone calls from existing customers and business providers
* Handling incoming emails
* Assessment of received claims and requirements
* 1st level support
* Providing advisory and information regarding LEDVANCE products and processes
* Escalations according to guideline
* Daily work in SAP
* Other administrative tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for candidates who have:
* ADVANCED level of English language - C1 level is a must (we require nice British accent and therefore preferably previous experience or studies in United Kingdom)
* Previous customer care experience will be an advantage
* Strong focus on the customer
* Professional spoken and written communication
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible and proactive attitude
* Ability to prioritize, good time management
* Preciseness at work and following work instructions
* Stress resistance
* Solid PC skills
