Your main responsibilities will be:
•Responsible for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
•Delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy in production and transactional processes
•Facilitate workshops, follow-up of action plans. Ensure completeness and timing
•Work with team to identify plant Lean Project Opportunities
•Co-ordinate the creation, monitor and report progress of the CI / Plant-Roadmap
•Train and mentor the local organization on the Lean Philosophy
•Candidate will work with the central team to drive the understanding and implementation of the Lear Manufacturing System throughout the European Lear facilities
•Leading & monitoring all plans or activities, OIP, Kaizen and Lean projects.

• More than 2 years working experience as CI Coordinator or similar position
• Good knowledge with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in production / automotive company
• Basic knowledge of quality, environmental and work environmental related standards
• Knowledge of Quality tools as PDCA, 5 why, histogram, Pictogram, Ishikawa
• Knowledge of DFSS ("Design For Six Sigma")
• Knowledge of LEAN tools
• Self motivated, able to act on own initiative, results driven, responsible, self disciplined, results driven, active listener.
