Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you passionate about technical support? Would you like to join a team of committed and talented professionals supporting SAP S/4HANA system? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the Service Desk L2 Support Professional in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Support L2 support desk by reviewing/assigning the tickets for SAP S4H technical issues supporting our Q2C clients
- Follow up with open tickets until solutions
- Evaluate the technical issues in case of technical escalation is needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of invoicing
- Knowledge of Contract Registration
- Knowledge of overall O2C process and flow

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Knowledge of SAP iERP / S4H

The salary range starts at 1800 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
