Your Role and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Project administrator for Kyndryl UKI team ( GTS services ) is composed by the validation of the mandatory data provided by the sales team or internal Kyndryl team, preparing data insertion to the system, import data to the system on Work number/project number level, terminate contracts, adjust contracts or create new contracts in the system. The second step of the process is the creation of the billing and release of the invoicing towards the internal or external client. The role is a complex Project administration support containing problem solving, complex communication with the clients, Kyndryl team and Technical support teams to achieve the solution.

Other responsibilities:
-Work on continuous process improvements and team collaboration or across countries to work on process harmonization
-Act as Subject Matter Expert in assigned scope of processes
-Ensure auditability at any point of time
-Support and advise business with critical situations and implement plans in collaboration with the Account executive team to increase customer satisfaction
-Support the account teams and internal stakeholders
-Drive innovations in order to ensure required levels of efficiency and automation
