Your Role and Responsibilities

Contract Management Support for a complex contract supporting tasks like:
-Preparation monthly billing for service contracts
-Managing contract portfolio and lead governance meetings, risk & issues, formal correspondence processes
-Preparation of presentations for contract meetings, taking meeting minutes
-Analysis of Contract and handling Contract changes
-Advise business counterparts (PE, DPE, CU Leader) on the respective events treatment, act as focal point for audit and business controls reviews
-Calls with Project executive, Delivery Project executive, Client CFO, Accounting

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

-Fluent English language
-Minimum 2+ years of proven relevant experience
-Distinctive problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to communicate and interact with leadership and external clients
-Ability to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining control of operations and client support
-Ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization
-MS Office, especially Excel
