Job description, responsibilities and duties

Contract Commercial Manager's responsibility is to manage or participate in the execution of the Program Management System to deliver commercial requirements and business objectives for the assigned accounts. Business objectives include financial and customer satisfaction under CPE (Contract Project Executive) leading but consists mainly in audit readiness, business controls posture and adherence to standard processes and global tools.
Contract Commercial Manager is acting as a Project Executive deputy and must show leadership skills to orchestrate different functions supporting the Account.
Contract Commercial Manager is a proven commercial support with extensive experience in handling a variety of contractual situations.
As a Contract Commercial Manager, you will partner with Project Executive and Delivery Project Executive, executing the last steps of the commercial transactions (invoicing and payment tracking) whilst supporting quality and service standards.


Finance and Commercial responsibility:

• Support CPE/DPE in the management of the contract activities in order to achieve contract performance targets, mainly on invoicing processes
• Ensure smooth execution and management of monthly closing activities
• Participate in the analysis of critical situations and implement plans in collaboration with the Account executive team to increase customer satisfaction
• Support contract changes process in cooperation with CPE and RFS Manager
• Audit management; responsible for proactive reviews, documentation, and approvals for the contract
• Close cooperation with the account team, internal and external stakeholders

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related field
• As a minimum requirement previously proven 1+ years of experience in Commercial, Financial or Project Management with the emphasis on the understanding of billing assembly
• Strong presentation, communication, and administration skills
• Proactive attitude, self-driven, motivation
• Proficiency in spoken and written business (primarily English)
• Good problem-solving skills, stress and conflict management
• Excellent ability to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining control of operations and client support
• Develop strong client relationships, leverage professional networks
