Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Operations Specialist within KVG, you will support winning and executing projects and programs supporting the company mission and execute on the work that is won. You will design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate the execution of KVG work and can be called upon to lead, manage and assist activities inside and outside of our offices. Operations Specialists are hands-on and get things done! Operations Specialists establish project priorities and schedules, provide specialized advice, facilitation, and support to the KVG Team and to our customers. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for this position. You must be able to communicate online, in person and influence positive results for the company through your efforts. You must be creative and think outside of the box, be proactive and customer oriented. Our team encompasses a diverse set of people, culture, languages from a wide range of countries KVG interacts with. As an Operations Specialist, you must learn, understand and adapt to the very multi-national global environment in which you are placed and thrive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects within your assigned Division - remotely and in person.

Identify and vet suppliers, maintain supplier relationships, find, hire and develop supporting personnel, inspect and ensure quality control and assurance, and special projects deemed important by KVG. 

Ensure the safety and security of all KVG staff and property and any property that KVG is utilizing in the performance of its works.

Manage and initiate support operations including transportation and life support of guests and KVG personnel within your country of responsibility and in any assigned projects.

Assist pricing, sourcing, and logistics as designated in the performance of your assigned areas or by direction of managers or team leads.

You are responsible for accurately and timely submission of expenses and cost predictions to accounting personnel.

Enforce quality control standards within daily business processes and the projects where they interact.

Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by KVG Values.
