Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague for our finance department!

Your main responsibilities:
• assets booking: calculation and control of tax depreciation, monthly preparation of asset list and protocols of assets and low value asset register, inventory of assets in accordance with applicable legislation, preparation of partial documents for annual financial statements, documents in the field of assets for company tax calculations,
• creating, checking, processing orders for incoming invoices, support for colleagues in placing orders,
• setting up a product catalog for orders to incoming invoices, i.e. posting of orders
• support for the Knowledge Center in booking of vendor external and internal invoices,
• communication with SSC and Knowledge Center regarding supplier invoices in English,
• booking of provisions, cost/revenue accruals,
• resolving suppliers' dunning letters and communication with them,
• preparation of company payments and bank consolidation,
• preparation of internal reports, contingency tables,
• reconciliation of allocated accounts and internal controls,
• communication with internal / external customers / suppliers
• statistical reports,
• cooperation on monthly and annual financial statements,
• deputing of colleagues during their absence.

comprehensive slovak accounting

Personality requirements and skills

- comprehensive Slovak accounting experience for at least 3 years,
- economic education - business academy is an advantage,
- knowledge of accounting and tax laws of the Slovak Republic,
- ability to exactly follow procedures and rules,
- attention to detail, willingness to look for new solutions (processes/technical solutions),
- team player,
- responsible approach.
