Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be part of the Transaction Advisory team and will participate in projects for our clients in:

• Valuation of companies for purchase or sale, mergers, joint ventures, reorganization or financial investment evaluation;
• Financial modeling, preparation and evaluation of business plans;
• Leading and supervising the reviews of impairment tests according to Slovak GAAP and IFRS

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

IFRS - advanced
GAAP - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Audit, Financial advisory, investment banking, corporate banking, M&A;
• Good knowledge of IFRS, Slovak reporting and corporate income tax;
• Experience with Bloomberg / Reuters or other similar tools is an advantage;
• Team management experience leading less experienced colleagues;
• A Team player with high level of commitment, attention to detail and a long-term commitment to professionalism.
• Motivation to further develop and lead the financial reporting valuations business case
