Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would support recruitment activities within Central Europe and provide a great value as well as service to KONE business within this region.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

You will be mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Managers and Specialists in Slovakia & Czechia with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:

• CV analysis and candidate research
• Managing candidate pools
• Pre-screening of candidates
• Booking interviews & assessments
• Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters
• Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system
• Working closely together with other HR colleagues to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1550 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
