Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have relevant leadership experience? Would you like to lead a great team and help KONE improve the level of the HR services offered throughout the organization?

We are looking for a team leader, who would do just that and much more:

- Leading the team of HR agents (organizing meetings, tracking attendance, leading performance reviews, giving work instructions, following up on specific issues/escalations, organizing back-ups)
- Developing and coaching the team for high engagement and strong performance (identifying training needs and organizing training in coordination with other parties)
- Managing the scope and SLA of the team and reporting any change in tasks requested (service level agreement)
- Managing the daily service delivery from the team to achieve the agreed service levels (SLAs, turn-around time, quality)
- Building a professional working relationship with different stakeholders and communication on regular basis with them (incl. ensuring the correct reporting to them)
- Communicating issues and their resolution progress
- Supporting process improvements and harmonization activities

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1900 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your previous experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need to be successful in this role?

- Min. 1 – 2 years of leadership experience
- Min. 2 years of working experience in customer service/HR/administration or similar (shared services are an advantage)
- Any HR experience is strongly beneficial (motivation for this field is a must)
- Proficient English language skills, other European languages would be a plus
- Strong organization and managerial skills
- Strategic and analytical skills
- Innovative mindset
- People person
