Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you will support the recruitment of our Operative (technical and engineering) population and will work alongside our local Talent Acquisition teams in their daily work by making sure that we offer our valued candidates the experience they deserve and also ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process. You will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish, beginning with sourcing and screening of the candidates to booking interviews and administering assessments as well as keeping our candidates up to date on the flow of the process. Depending on your background you will be also coordinating our collaboration with the agencies.

You will be working together with a team other sourcing and process specialists and agents in a truly international atmosphere.

Your tasks would mainly include:

Supporting local Talent Acquisition Managers and Specialists in the countries with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:

• Pre-screening (if the basic requirements are not met, we can decline the candidate and go back to them)
• Managing candidate pools
• Booking interviews
• Assessment invitations
• Candidate communication
• Employment related admin tasks
• Processing different transactions and handling queries
• Process scope includes following HR processes areas: master data and reporting, recruitment
• Validating whether all required information or documentation is provided prior to executing transactions
• Working closely together with other HR colleagues within HR Services, Center of Expertise and Unit HR professionals to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and French - Advanced (C1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Experience and knowledge in different HR processes with special focus on one of the following areas of expertise is an advantage: recruitment, talent management, sourcing, head hunting, employer branding, personality assessments
• Experience in working in a shared service center or call center is an advantage.
• Strong in French and English language
• All other European languages are considered an asset.
• Bachelor degree or high school education, preferably in Human resources, Business administration or General economics

The Global Indirect Sourcing team is a team of Sourcing Category managers that defines and implements sourcing roadmaps and manages global suppliers in joint cooperation with business and with KONE’s country based sourcing teams. Indirect sourcing covers all spend categories that keep KONE running as a company but to not directly related to products and services sold to customers.
