SAP Basis Administrator (Full Remote from any European country)

Hello there.
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator, who will join our team and company.
You can work fully remote - within European countries.

Your job as a SAP Basis Administrator or what we expect You to do :

• to perform typical Basis administration tasks, such as : planning, installation, upgrade, patch implementation, monitoring troubleshooting , performance analysis & tuning and other on-going maintenance tasks of our SAP ERP systems based on NetWeaver 7.5 (ABAP/JAVA)
• to perform Database management and administration tasks like definition of backup & restore procedures, database refreshes
• to perform capacity and resource management, performance analysis & optimization, monitoring and reporting
• to work on the implementation and testing of disaster recovery, high availability procedures and solutions
• to provide direct support and work closely together with other Digital Teams, customers or external partners within project and operational activities, as well as provide 2nd Level technical Support to the Service Desk
• You will ensure that the service availability and performance meets or exceeds the business expectations and is delivered in accordance with the SLAs & OLA’s.
• Participation in regular on-call and off-hour support
• Preparation and maintaining proper documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, changes, system design, processes, training)
• You will try to automate routines or redundant tasks to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• You will have to apply strictly to the internal Security policies and legal requirements in the IT support processes and especially in the management of the IT systems under the Teams responsibility

• Remote job is the "new normal" but if You feel the need to see your colleagues on site from time to time, You are very welcomed (in our offices in Bratislava, new office in Kosice or in the Czech Republic offices)
