  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/month+ 13 salary payments, annual bonus and a company car. The final offered gross salary is based on the criteria such as experience, skills and abilities and is finally determined after the personal interview.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Human Resources Manager is responsible for establishing and leading all strategies, frameworks, policies and processes aimed at making Kia Sales Slovakia an employer of choice, where employee engagement and experience drive an employee centric approach to people management and development.

Human Resources Manager ensures a seamless integration of all people related activities with the long-term business strategy of Kia Sales Slovakia and the European people strategy and framework. This position requires someone who is passionate about and has an innate understanding of people, and who is able to motivate and inspire whilst remaining flexible to the needs of an agile and fast moving business.

Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
• As part of the management team, you will reflect the organisation’s strategy
and goals into activities and plans to develop the culture, organisation structure,
skills and competencies needed to deliver a successful and sustainable business
performance.
• You will develop the annual business plan with focused activities targeted to the
attraction, engagement and retention of best talent.
• You will develop, lead and coordinate, in harmony with European guidelines, all
annual core processes of the people framework including communication and line
management coaching:
- Recruitment and selection: employer branding and resource planning.
- Performance management: objective setting and appraisal, Succession Planning
- People development: talent identification and planning of training and development
actions.
- Compensation management: achieve optimal balance between fixed and variable
benefits elements in total package.
• You will coordinate the annual employee engagement survey and guide the
subsidiary’s management to identify and implement the most impactful actions
• In cooperation with line management cascade business priorities into a structured
headcount plan and labour cost budget.
• Ensure full legal compliance of the company on all employee matters
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all employee data in the HRIS (currently
Workday) to manage all people processes as efficiently as possible while
maximising employee satisfaction with the system.
• Guarantee the correct and legal handling of all employee documentation including
easy storage and retrieval both digitally and in paper as needed to allow a data
driven decision making processes.
• Take full responsibility for the payroll operation including expatriate staffs.
• Manage all the activities related to health & safety and main function as a Labor
prevention and risk representative.
• Coordinate all the facilities operations (buildings rent, suppliers, maintenance) and
all the general affairs in the company.
