Job description, responsibilities and duties

The offered HRBP position is a position for in STORE - HRBP RSC in store restaurant support center NOT in an office enviroment.

We are an expanding company with currently five branches in Slovakia. We are looking for a committed personality for the management of most of our HR KPIs in Bratislava, Trnava and Banská Bystrica. Are you dynamic, goal-oriented and team playing is in your blood? You have already worked successfully in a comparable position and traveling is not a problem for you? Then you are exactly the right person for us.

Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process and use best practices to create and to build a diverse and well-functioning team.
• Working effectively with management to identify hiring needs, jobs to define and design appropriately, to create attractive job offers and to incorporate the feedback to support the selection of top talent.

People performance:
• Management of internal talent management processes, such as bench planning, performance management and biannual talent progress planning.
• The performance based on critical HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, training and possess, monitor, and advance skills.

• Manage the new employee onboarding process, including documentation, referencing
and working with supervisors to have a great first day, a great first week, planning a great first month and beyond.
• Make newbies feel at home and prepare them with a great induction plan and all the tools they need for their role.

Training and Development:
• Design and lead quarterly custom development planning and talent management processes.
• Transfer of knowledge and development of training solutions (at individual and group level), to move the company forward.
• Providing global training initiatives, including rolling out training initiatives
at the forefront.

People, Policy and Processes:
• Guarantee of compliance with the Slovakian labor law requirements.
• Building relationships with managers and employees to follow guidance, practices and theories on employee relationship issues and problem solving.
• Regular trips to all locations to regularly assess culture and talent.
• Build deep and trusting relationships with the area coaches and restaurant managers.
• Create action plans based on the results.
• Review, update and maintenance of employee information in the HR information system,
to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Take the lead in dismissals, layoffs, disciplinary matters and complaints.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence
