JYSK Slovakia is looking for an HR Business Partner
Do you have experience in HR and Retail and want to create results? Do you thrive working in a high tempo and have constant challenges – in districts, stores, the office and in our training programs? Do you have a strong personality with a high degree of independence and execution power? Then you might just be the one we are looking for.
HR in JYSK is highly operational and closely connected to our core business, the Retail branch. Each HR Business Partner gets a designated region where the cooperation with our Retail Managers is the cornerstone to success. The massive operational perspective further requires our HR Business Partners to be close to reality, in the stores and districts, and you support your region by being highly present in both guidance and follow-up.

This position entails a lot of travelling days; therefore you need to be resident in Slovakia.
You will be working 3-4 days per week “on the field”.
