  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 700 EUR/monthStarting from 1700 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience. This salary is our minimum advertised salary.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

What you will do

•    Support the coordination and preparation of the quarterly forecasting process for all Legal Entities in JCI group.
•    Establish the adequate interaction level with the BUF, FP&A and TAX leads.
•    Partner with the FP&A leads of the different BU’s business segments to understand and determine:
•    The proper allocation of multiple service fees (management, engineering, and BU fees) across the segments with a dual dimension: a) group (BU) b) Legal Entity.
•    The reconciliation between group (BU) and Legal Entity profitability (allocation of tasks, hedges, and corporate special transactions).
•    The business segments profitability at the SINC level.
•    Supports with the MoM & YoY PTBI variance analysis in the forecast cycles by Legal Entity.
•    Helps with the analysis for all recorded/expected ICO transactions and its reconciliation per LE (IC rent, IC interest loans, royalties, etc.) 
•    Preparation of Financial Reports & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in diverse Microsoft Tools, such as PowerBi & Sway.

Personality requirements and skills

What we look for

•    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics with focus on finance and / or accounting.
•    Minimum 2 year of experience in the finance and / or accounting field.
•    Fluent in English.
•    Hyperion Knowledge (Enterprise/HFM)
•    Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
•    SharePoint basic knowledge (SharePoint Designer, custom list, workflows, subsites, document library).
•    Microsoft Office Suite Applications basic knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner or Sway).
•    Microsoft Office Excel medium to advance knowledge (use of formulas like sumif, vlookup, if, etc. as well as create Pivot table)
•    Power BI basic knowledge (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, measurements, dashboards, model data, publish & share).
